Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, for the the safety of everyone, we will be implementing the following

Wear a face covering while in the building. (This way we can help protect each other.)
Sanitize your hands before you enter the store. (Sanitize station will be in the foyer.)
No house/offsite calls at this time.
No on the spot repair at this time. Computer drop-off only.
Curbside service is available. (Please Contact us to request.)
Please do not bring food or drinks into the building.
Social distancing practices. Two people will be allowed in the store at the same time.

In Store Services

Diagnostics and troubleshooting of hardware and software- $60

Repair of issues found in diagnostics, will vary, depending on an infinite amount of variables. We will contact you with options and estimates before any repair is started.

Virus removal- $160

Removes viruses, malware, junkware, adware. Depending on the severity of the infection could also remove saved online passwords. Install OS updates (because those updates have a TON of security patches, to help prevent this) and a free antivirus if one is not installed.

Data recovery and/or backup- $60 per device

Software installation and Updates- $40+

New Computer Setup- $160

Registration and basic hardware verification. Install updates, apps, antivirus, data transfer (excessive amounts of data might cost a bit more). Email set up. (If you are using Cablespeed or Broadstripe.net, we recommend you switch to a newer email provider such as Wave, Gmail or Outlook.com)

Tune up- $160

Includes Diagnostics, Updates, HDD defrag, Clean inside of computer, remove adware.

Password recovery- $20 per

Operating system Upgrades- $100+

Computer Services

We work on Apple, Windows, and Linux Machines. We DO NOT repair hardware for phones, tablets, smart watches, TVs, or printers. !We No Longer do Apple Warranty!

For your trip to the Computer doctor, please bring the following:

Computer- yes... this IS needed.

Power adapter/power cord.

External hard drive

If the issue you are having is with an external device, i.e. mouse, printer, etc., we need those as well.

CORRECT Passwords- Computer login, Admin Password, any password for accounts you are having trouble with (email, Apple, Microsoft, etc)
